We've compiled a resource page that links to various web sources for news and accredited education on COVID-19, and we will continue to add to this page as more resources become available.

CME Requirements for Physician License Renewal in Illinois

Physicians in Illinois must earn 150 hours of continuing medical education (CME) credit in a three-year relicensure period. For 2020 license renewals, the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) introduced two new CME requirements concerning safe opioid prescribing and sexual harassment prevention.

To help physicians navigate CME requirements and changes, we've compiled a list of reliable sources of information and educational opportunities.
