How do I create a new account?
Click on Create account  in the upper right corner and complete all the required fields. You will then receive a confirmation email with instructions to complete the registration process.

If you are an employee of UCM or NorthShore, click on Login with UCHAD or CNET ID and simply login with your credentials.

How do I log in?
Click on Visitor login in the upper right corner of the home page. You may also click here, and follow these step by step instructions.

I forgot my password
Click on Visitor Login in the upper right corner. Then Click on REQUEST NEW VISITOR PASSWORD. Enter your email address, and you will shortly receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

If you are an employee of UCM or NorthShore, click on Login with UCHAD or CNET ID, click on Forgot your password.

How do I register for a live activity?
Under Description on each course page, you will find a button that says ACTIVITY INFORMATION AND REGISTRATION. That button will take you to page that will instruct you on the registration process for each course. 

How do I register for a enduring/internet activity?
Under Summary on each course page, you will find a button that says COMPLETE ACTIVITY. That button will take you to page that will instruct you on the process for each activity. 

How do I claim my credit?
After you complete an activity, go to the course page. In the red Summary box, select Complete Activity. You will then be prompted to complete an evaluation and any other required components. Then you will complete a certificate request. You will then be able to download or print your certificate by clicking on Download Certificate.

How do I print my certificate?
Once you are logged in, click on My Account. Then go to MY ACTIVITIES. Find the activity you are looking for, and click Download next to it.

How do I obtain my transcript?
For credit claimed prior July 2016: Please fill out the CME Transcript Request Form, download it here.


For credit claimed after July 2016: Log into your account and click on My Account. Then go to MY ACTIVITES and click on the Session Credit tab to see your RSS credits. To download a PDF of your transcript, click on the Download PDF icon. Click here for step by step instructions.
