This activity will provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage interpersonal conflict through intentional community building and relational activities.

This activity will enhance hospital-wide safety by equipping all employees with the knowledge and skills to prevent errors, respond effectively to emergencies, and foster a culture of safety.

 

The purpose of the LMSA FPAC program is to help advance LHS+ resident, fellow, faculty, physicians, and staff knowledge and skills in guiding pre-medical/medical students and achieving their own professional development.
