Objectives

1.Provide education on the needs of breast cancer survivors.

2. Inform them of follow-up care and surveillance.

3. Allows them to screen, assess, and manage for recurrence, secondary cancers, new primary cancers, and long-term and late effects of cancer treatments.

4. Provides education on healthy lifestyle behaviors.
