The 15th International Ultmann Chicago Lymphoma Symposium will focus on the widespread and difficult challenges of understanding and controlling Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphomas. Chicago is a city rich in academic tradition, and we welcome you to join us at the only symposium dedicated solely to lymphoma in the Midwest. Given the current pace of increasing information and knowledge, there is an important need to discuss the growing body of data regarding the biology and treatment of patients with Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphomas in a peer to peer format. Target Audience

This activity has been designed for practicing oncologists, advanced nurse practitioners and physician assistants, residents, fellows, and the other healthcare professionals interested in the treatment and diagnosis of lymphoma.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify new targets and therapeutic agents in lymphoma treatment;
  • Recognize the appropriate circumstances in which to use different immune-oncology options for lymphoma treatment;
  • Evaluate how new scientific data affects the treatment of Hodgkin lymphoma;
  • Discuss the appropriate sequencing of agents in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) treatment based upon the latest scientific evidence;
  • Identify patients in need of central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma prophylaxis using the latest guidelines;
  • Distinguish when to employ treatments for various T-cell lymphoma histologies;
  • Outline how timing affects the use of CAR-T as a therapeutic option for lymphoma.

Individual guests must make their own reservations by 5:00 pm, April 12, 2018. After the cut-off date, it is at the hotel’s discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing group rates based on availability. An early departure charge equal to 1 night plus tax will apply for check out prior to the confirmed checkout date. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in.

DISPLAY FEE | The display fee is due on or before April 13, 2018. No company may exhibit unless payment for exhibit space has been received in full. Applications received after April 13, 2018 will be considered based on availability.

CANCELLATIONS | All cancellations must be sent in writing. If written cancellation is received by April 6, 2018, exhibitors will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after April 6, 2018.

SPECIAL EVENTS | Please also note that any special events (i.e. any organized social events or programs and seminars during and around the conference days) must be in consultation with and formally pre-approved by the conference organizers.
