Objectives: 

1. Participants will be able to discuss hematologyical cases which include bone marrow, lymph node biopsies, and peripheral smears, and achieve a consensus on the diagnosis

2. The discussion of pathologic criteria utilized in formulating a diagnosis will result in improved quality of care
