Objectives:

1. Participants will be able to explain the strengths and weakness of current inequity reduction models for organizations.

2. Participants will be able to list inner contextual factors of organizations that can impact implementation of inequity reduction frameworks.

3. Participants will understand why cultural competency training is an essential, but insufficient, driver of inequity reduction.
