Target Audience

This activity has been designed for clinicians and other healthcare professionals interested in improving their provider-patient interactions.

At the conclusion of this activity, the learner will be able to:

  • Recognize individual ability to positively influence each patient encounter and quality of experience;
  • State how to apply learned practices to patient interactions designed to achieve greater patient connection;
