Objectives:

1. Examine the risk of incident of MCI, dementia and specifically Alzheimer’s dementia associated with proton pump inhibitors

2. Assess if PPI use confers a higher risk of dementia or AD in persons with MCI at baseline compared to normal cognition at baseline
