The Women's Heart Symposium is a half-day program focusing on the unique impact of cardiovascular disease (CVD) throughout a woman's lifespan, offering strategies for risk assessment and prevention.

 

Continuing in the tradition of 40+ years of tutorials, the 2025 course is designed to update physicians on the latest advances in neoplastic hematopathology.

 

The goals of this activity are for participants to examine synthesized data from completed studies, discuss the novel investigational agents available in ongoing clinical trials, and describe the rationale for and the results of studies that include novel agents to treat patients with advanced cancer.

 

This conference will improve patient care and outcomes by educating physicians and other healthcare professionals about clinical medical ethics through lectures, panel discussions, and collaboration.

 

This activity brings together some of these leaders and innovators in the field of advanced cardiac imaging to discuss their work and ideas with us at the University of Chicago and the Chicagoland Children’s Health Alliance.

 

This interactive virtual program will provide patient-centered training for doctors and other healthcare professionals and will emphasizes core competencies for responding to individual patient needs, values, and preferences by practicing communication skills such as open-ended inquiry, reflective listening and empathy.
