Standard Work

The ECLIPSE online series is introduction to the basic E3L methodology that underpins process improvement initiatives run by UChicago Medicine’s Operational Excellence department. This second module will particularly focus on identifying the components of standard work and appreciating it's importance at various levels of the organization.
