Quality Improvement (QI): Echocardiography Correlation

The goal of this session is to educate faculty and staff on discrepancies in the practice of pediatric echocardiography. It will introduce an improvement plan to provide quality patient care.

Target Audience

This activity has been designed for physicians and other healthcare professionals interested in the practice of pediatric echocardiography.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Recognize discrepancies in pediatric echocardiography imaging quality;
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in pediatric echocardiography imaging quality;
  • Apply corrective action when quality standards are not met.
