- Discuss services available to maximize the outcomes for patients and keep them ready for transplant;
- Outline the biological factors that make physical characteristics such as frailty and obesity barriers to transplant;
- Name psychosocial and economic challenges transplant patients face;
- Evaluate different techniques to communicate effectively with transplant patients.
