Introduction to E3 Leadership

The ECLIPSE online series is an introduction to the basic E3L methodology that underpins process improvement initiatives run by UChicago Medicine’s Operational Excellence department. It will particularly focus on how healthcare challenges drive delivery changes, learning the E3L leadership framework, and identifying the value and waste within a process.
