Gastroenterology Educational Series - April 2016
The goal of this forum is to provide a platform for gastroenterologists, gastro –surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, nurses, fellows and residents to come together to discuss and present difficult and unusual cases while incorporating emerging diagnostic and therapeutic modalities.
Target Audience
This educational activity is designed to provide a platform to discuss current GI advances and management of difficult GI problems of gastroenterologists and surgeons and other healthcare providers interested in gastroenterological diseases.
Learning Objectives
After participating in this conference, participants will be able to:
- Review and discuss updates in the diagnosis of cystic lesions of the pancreas and making a diagnosis;
- Review current endoscopic management of peri –pancreatic fluid collection;
- Discuss and review surgical approaches to acute and chronic pancreatitis.
