Forum on Pursuing Perfect Care
Chicago, IL US
June 3, 2026
By introducing and exploring the perfect care framework, this activity will equip learners with a shared language and conceptual model for understanding what ideal performance looks like across quality, safety, experience, and operational domains. Participants will examine how the framework applies to real challenges within UChicago Medicine, explore proven methodologies from within and beyond healthcare, and collaborate with peers across departments to identify opportunities for improvement. The goal is to move learners from awareness of isolated quality issues toward an integrated, systems-level approach to pursuing perfect care for every patient.
Target Audience
This activity is designed for members of the UChicago and UChicago Medicine health system who are interested in quality and safety, ranging across clinical and operational areas and including all levels from medical students and residents to staff and faculty.
