Faculty Advancing Medical Education (FAME): NorthShore Round-Robin
These sessions will focus on the improvement of the core basics of education. Workshops will provide information regarding feedback/evaluation, the importance of a positive learning climate and improving the manner in which educators engage and dissemenate information to their learners.
At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Describe techniques to transform verbal feedback into succinct written evaluations;
- Define tools to establishing a healthy learning climate when teaching;
- Identify effective strategies to actively engage learners in large group presentations.
