This session will examine professionalism in the clinical workplace, with a focus on medical trainees. Participants will explore common challenges in identifying, assessing, and addressing unprofessional behavior. The session will then introduce practical strategies and communication skills for effectively interrupting and correcting such behavior in real time. Through guided case scenarios, participants will practice applying these skills in a supportive group setting. If time permits, they will be invited to share challenges they have encountered or observed related to trainee professionalism, allowing for peer discussion and collective problem-solving.
