- Describe qualities of effective teaching in different time-limited venues and scenarios;
- Identify strategies for efficient clinical teaching, including several commonly used frameworks;
- Select a teaching strategy to refine and adapt for future teaching on the fly;
- Describe the principles of learning theory that can be applied to individual teaching practices;
- Choose at least three ways of enhancing the learning environment;
- Create written expectations for their learners;
- Design a teaching script for a common educational scenario;
- Describe the key points to be an effective procedural teacher;
- Discuss the importance of two-way communication and feedback in procedural teaching;
- Tell how to apply procedural teaching knowledge and skills into clinical and educational practice.
