NorthShore Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging Training

This new lesson provides an introduction to concepts such as implicit bias, microaggression, allyship, empathy, and more. Using this as a starting point to have a shared vocabulary and a basic understanding, we can build a workplace that respects everyone. The lesson directs team members to talk to HR or their manager if they need assistance with the module or if they have experienced or witnessed microaggression. If you have questions or are unsure how to support staff after you have completed the lesson, visit the DEI Pulse page, talk to your HR representative, or contact the DEI team.
