Objectives:

1.To be able to describe the major nodal points in the history of sterilization efforts of people with disabilities as part of the positive eugenics movement in the 20th century.

2.To describe at least 3 different types of sterilization requests involving women and girls with disabilities, and have different ethical parameters and clinical considerations

3. To analyze the disabiltiy specific concerns underlying disability requests for girls and women with intellectual disabilities and alternatives that can be considered for addressing these concerns
