2. Identify difficulties fellows may face in trying to teach and give feedback to their learners through interactive case scenario

3. Highlight specific needs and potential barriers for an effective fellows as teachers curriculum

4. Brainstorm interventions that could target this gap and address the fellow’s desire to become better teachers and clinician-educators
