Objectives

1. Establish a framework for practically applying teaching, or assessment structures to their teaching venues/projects.
2. Improve specific faculty teaching and/or evaluation skills, and learn innovative examples on how this is implemented through specific projects.
3. Improve educators and researchers medical education work through curriculum development or implementation, competency assessment and evaluation, simulation or observation studies, and policy or ethical dilemmas in medical training.
