Objectives:

1. Understand the molecular changes in LN kidneys compared to normal kidneys.

2. Understand the molecular changes in LN kidneys after treatment with immunosuppression.

3. Understand the molecular changes in kidneys from patients who respond to immunosuppression and from patients who do not respond to immunosuppression.
