Objectives:

1. Present infomration about current understanding of checkpoint inhibitors and current use of immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy.

2. Discuss current literature about rheumatologic immune-related adverse events (irAEs) via various retrospective case series.

3. Propose some initiatives for further investigation and future research related to Rheumatologic irAEs.
