The purpose is to provide an international multidisciplinary forum for updates in new technologies, new procedures and new classifications in the imaging, diagnosis and molecular testing of pulmonary diseases.

Target Audience

This course is designed for physicians in the pathology specialty.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this course, the participants should be able to:

  • Apply testing for specific biomarkers to lung cancer and non-neoplastic lung diseases;
  • Describe new technologies and new techniques for the diagnosis of neoplastic and non-neoplastic lung diseases;
  • Define new insights about established and recently described non-neoplasticlung diseases;
  • Identify relationships between clinical, radiographic and pathologic findings for the diagnosis of interstitial lung diseases.
