Objectives:

1.   Inform clinicians about the clinical aptitude and supportive circumstances which set the stage for successful outcomes from psychotherapy

2.   Outline the magnitude of changes and their sequence in 5 domains of NPD psychopathology: grandiosity, interpersonal relations, reactivity to criticism and failure, moods, and social/moral adaptation

3.    Describe the limitations of change that can be expected
