This monthly multidisciplinary case conference brings together specialists in pediatric and adult hematology/oncology, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, urology, and reproductive endocrinology to optimize fertility preservation for pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients. Through collaborative case discussions, participants review current oncofertility guidelines, evaluate emerging research, and develop individualized, evidence-based strategies for integrating fertility preservation into comprehensive cancer care. The conference promotes interdisciplinary communication, coordinated treatment planning, and timely decision-making to address the unique reproductive health needs of patients facing cancer treatment.
