Clinicians at University of Chicago Medicine have very busy practices and cannot possibly stay abreast of all the latest research in the field of pediatric medicine that can benefit them in both their clinical practice and in their own research. Experts in this specialty agree that educational interventions are necessary to provide these clinicians with the latest scientific knowledge to improve patient care.

Learning Objectives and Target Audience

At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Identify state of the art developments in basic and translational research in pediatrics;
  • State specific changes in practice that can be implemented based on the presented research;
