Objectives:

1. Discuss new literature regarding exercise testing in pectus excavatum patients and the utility of exercise testing to demonstrate cardiopulmonary anomalies.

2. Discuss lengthening experience with thoracoscopic CDH repairs and whether or not thoracoscopy is warranted in low-medium risk patients.
