Objectives:

1. Appreciate that the current widespread use of gluten-free foods and gluten-free diet in the US is unjustified in the vast majority of cases
2. Recognize the three entities in which wheat ingestion is presently believed to cause adverse effects in humans
3. Understand that the so-called "Non-celiac Gluten Sensitivity" is an umbrella term and refers to conditions not sufficiently described in children
