This activity will provide participants with valuable insights from AI experts, highlighting Phoenix AI’s features such as custom assistants, privacy-focused architecture, and advanced data analysis capabilities. It will include discussions on overcoming barriers to AI adoption, focusing on user education, ethical use, and practical integration into educational settings. Interactive workshops will offer hands-on opportunities for participants to explore Phoenix AI applications, including its use in case-based learning and enhancing clinical reasoning exercises. The overarching goals are to equip participants with the knowledge and tools needed to incorporate AI effectively into medical education and practice, foster a nuanced understanding of AI’s capabilities and limitations with an emphasis on informed and ethical use, and empower educators to lead innovation by integrating AI into curricula while addressing concerns about deskilling and over-reliance.

This activity is designed for program directors, clerkship directors, and other leaders in medical education.

- Propose actionable strategies for using AI tools to improve documentation, clinical reasoning, and teaching efficiency,

- Demonstrate how AI tools can effectively integrate into teaching and learning environments.
