Review the role of endovascular thrombectomy for 2019 Update to the 2018 Guidelines for the Early Management of Acute Ischemic Stroke.

Review new information from trials specifically looking at patients with large infarcts that were initially excluded in the studies that composed the 2019 guidelines.
