Objectives:

1. Better understand clinical outcomes related to deep brain stimulation in early stage Parkinson’s disease;
2. Better understand research fi ndings that suggest that deep brain stimulation in early stage Parkinson’s disease may be disease modifying; and
3. Better understand the design of an upcoming FDA approved pivotal trial of deep brain stimulation in early stage Parkinson’s disease.
