- Describe the stages of peri-hematomal edema formation after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) including ionic edema and progressive vasogenic edema
- To understand that the rate of peri-hematomal edema expansion may predict outcome after intracerebral hemorrhage and be a more robust parameter in ICH studies
- To understand that a classification system that integrates MRI-based markers and apolipoprotein E genotype information may prove useful for selecting patients for oral anticoagulation resumption
