Objectives:

1. Better understanding of the relationship between levodopa pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics;
2. Rational therapeutics of parkinson disease using dopaminergic and non-dopaminergic treatments; and
3. Understanding of new levodopa formulations that can help in the management of motor fl uctuations.
