Objectives:

- At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to determine the frequency of abnormalities detected in the mild neonatal encephalopathy by assessing early aEEG.

-At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to determine the frequency of abnormalities detected in the mild neonatal encephalopathy by assessing brain MRI at < 30 days of age.

- At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to determine the frequency of abnormalities detected in the mild neonatal encephalopathy by assessing neurological examination at discharge.
