Learning Objectives:

1. 1. Discuss a modified approach to evaluation of the potential organ donor and lung transplant recipient during the COVID-19 pandemic, including the potential for ex-vivo lung perfusion to expand the pool of available organs.

2. Identify common indications for lung transplant evaluation, with an emphasis on fibrotic lung disease, and how a history of COVID-19 infection may impact lung transplant candidacy.

3. Establish an approach for management of COVID-19 infection in the lung transplant recipient.
