1. Examine the contributing factors to racial disparities in advance care planning (ACP) and explore how community health workers may become integrated in ACP. 

2. Discuss the implementation of a needs and knowledge assessment of cancer clinical trials to tailor community-driven interventions to improve Hispanic/Latino cancer-related behaviors and awareness of cancer clinical trials.

3. Explore the value of community-based education to increase awareness of services across the continuum of cancer care.
