At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Understand approaches for improvement, including kaizen rapid improvement events and Plan-Do-Study-Act method.
- Understand fundamental improvement tools and concepts, such as 5S, standard work, visual management, patient-centered design and relationship building, and applying inclusiveness lenses.
- Gain visibility to improvement initiatives and best practices across the system.
