Objectives:

1. Contemporary heart failure therapies lead to reversal of heart failure and a stabilization of heart failure symptoms, and lead to a partial or complete normalization of left ventricular ejection performance.

2. Although tremendous studies have been made in treating patients with heart failure, most patients with heart failure “relapse” and re-develop heart failure with worsening left ventricular ejection performance.
