Objectives:

1. The present trend in the Cardiovascular field is a "movement" from treating disease (which
    will always be the case) to promoting health.

2.  Sub-clinical identification of disease is the present target, as an
     intermediary of the above trend, affecting the heart and the brain (cognitive functions).

3.  We will present specific data of such evolution.
