Objectives:

1. Understand the strengths and limitations of the clinical examination in estimating hemodynamics of patients with heart failure.

2.  Understand the prognostic information provided by the clinical examination in patients with heart failure.

3.  What it means when your patient tells you he/she is short of breath bending forward (Bendopnea).
