OBJECTIVES

The purpose of this lecture is to:

1. To understand the clinical utility of Stress CMR in the evaluation of CAD.

2. To understand the use of late-gadolinium enhancement in assessing cardiomyopathy.

3. To understand the data regarding the utility of stress CMR and LGE by CMR for predicting adverse cardiovascular outcomes.
