Objectives:

1.  Participants will describe the Millennial Generation as pertains to medical education and identify challenges in teaching these learners in the inpatient setting.

2.  Participants will describe the principles of the FUTURE mnemonic and the strategies offered for enhancing teaching on the inpatient wards.

3.  Participants will apply the principles described in the FUTURE mnemonic to identify ways to enhance teaching during their own rounds and return home with a FUTURE Toolkit of ideas for innovation
