Objectives

  1. Develop a general understanding of chronic pain, including the psychosocial factors associated with chronic pediatric pain and approaches/goals for treatment
  2. Understand specific information about Amplified Musculoskeletal Pain Syndrome (AMPS), including typical patient profiles and factors that may complicate treatment
  3. Develop specific knowledge related to the intensive hospital-based AMPS Program at CHOP, as well as information on physical, functional, and psychosocial outcomes.
