Objectives:

• To decrease antibotic use in patients who present with sore throat
• To discuss the use of dexamtheasone in patients with sore throat who do not get antibitoic
• Identify ways to approach a senior faculty member when faltering clinical practice is suspcted
• Discuss approaches for senior faculty remediation
