Description

Bringing together nephrologists, interventional radiologists, surgeons, advanced practice providers, fellows, nurses, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team, this conference provides a collaborative forum to review complex vascular access cases involving patients with end-stage renal disease. Participants evaluate strategies for the placement, maintenance, and management of vascular access, compare evidence-based approaches across specialties, and discuss challenging clinical scenarios that require coordinated care. Through multidisciplinary case review and the exchange of clinical expertise, learners will strengthen clinical decision-making, enhance communication across specialties, and improve the quality and outcomes of vascular access care for patients requiring dialysis.
