DESCRIPTION:

This talk will cover topics related to engineering or CAR T strategies to overcome resistance to antibody drug conjugates. Topics covered will include how drug tolerant persisters after targeted therapy can be intercepted using CAR T cellular therapy, as well as engineering strategies to overcome resistance to ADC and antigen down regulation with a focus on TROP2.
