Description 

This invitation-only patient care conference of the University of Chicago Medicine (UCM) Hematopoietic Cellular Therapy (HCT) Program reviews patient cases and monitors decisions regarding the course of treatment of stem cell and immune effector-cell (IEC) transplant patients. This conference creates a forum that fosters a practice-based learning and improvement approach to making decision regarding the course of treatment of patients under the HCT service.
